Cell phone communication is used when a person cannot be reached, but email and discussion forum are the preferred method. Reminders are queued when team members leave their task. All team members sign and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. All questions are decided by majority. Expected level of communication with other team members: If a team member does not stay in touch within 24 to 48 hours, the team will try to contact the person. If there is no answer, the teacher will be informed. Strategies for promoting/integrating the ideas of all team members (team retention): Our group will have two hours of meetings, one on Thursday evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the other on Sunday evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Each member must log in to D2L and our Google chat during one of the meeting hours.
In addition, all members of our team MUST register by Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. .m. with a progress report on the task assigned to them.
